The Intermediate Treatment Goals are:
To balance the Core Distortion pattern
To reduce pain
To release the strain pattern
To restore full range of motion
To regain strength
To regain coordination
To soften hardened tissues
The Specific Goals are:
To balance the pelvis
To release the scoliotic curvature
To release the anterior rotation of the anteriorly rotated illium
To release the posterior rotation of the posteriorly rotated illium
To release the distortion in the legs and feet
To release the compression on the sciatic nerve
To release the compression on nerves of the lumbar region
To reduce ischemia
To reduce swelling and inflammation
To deactivate trigger points
To release the myofascial holding pattern
To normalize scar tissue

Methodology
Structural Energetic Therapy, Clinical, Medical, Orthopedic Massage Therapy – Neuromuscular, myofascial, structural balancing, etc.
Core Stabilization/strengthening – Pilates (mat), large/small physioballs, foam rollers, resistance bands, dynadisc, etc.
Flexibility Training – Active/assisted Isolated, PIR and PNF Stretching, etc.
Scheduling
All appointments require at least 24-hours notice to cancel, many others often want the very same time that you held.
Services can be purchased at a discount when prepaid, in ‘bundled’ series of 5 sessions. Sessions must be scheduled at the time of purchase and also fall under the 24-hour cancellation policy.
Sessions are usually scheduled weekly (7-day intervals), this gives time to process and heal from the corrections made prior, the exception would be in acute cases involving one or more of the following: severe pain that needs to be medicated to be tolerated, significant inflammation and swelling and numbness that is constant, has little or no range of motion or strength or when as in a hand/fingers are not able to function, then sessions could be twice per week.
When a client reports a week of being pain free and free from major symptoms, then it is time to schedule every TEN DAYS.
When the client reports ten days of being pain free and free from major symptoms, then it is time to schedule every TWO WEEKS. (This is also the point when clients can effectively begin to use strengthening and flexibility exercises without causing micro tearing in soft tissues or falling back into using the old internal rotation strain pattern. If you use the old internal rotation strain pattern when doing the strengthening exercises, you will regress in treatment. However, if you use the new structurally balanced pattern, you will be strengthening the new pattern and quickly build functional strength and endurance.)
When the client reports two weeks of being pain free and free from all major symptoms, then it is time to schedule every THREE WEEKS.
When the client reports three weeks of being pain free and free from all major symptoms, then it is time to schedule every FOUR WEEKS.
When the client reports four weeks of being pain free and free from all major symptoms, then it is time to schedule only AS NEEDED!!!
